Hypnotherapy  Uses a relaxed state of mind where you are quite aware and in control of your thoughts and feelings. It is a very gentle but effective way of targeting problems, both in the mind and in the body.

You may have seen Hypnosis on TV or stage shows.  You may be be worried that you will be put into a trance and wake up later not knowing what has happened to you. 

It is very important to allay this fear straight away.  Because I am using Hypnosis for therapeutic purposes, you are not unconscious or asleep, you need to hear what I say and also reply when I ask questions.  

When you are in Hypnosis, you feel similar to being in a very deep state of relaxation or meditation, and is also a bit like daydreaming. You will only go into Hypnosis when you are ready and willing and you will be in control of your thoughts and feelings.

Using Hypnosis we are able, via the subconscious mind, to access information which is helpful for releasing and healing difficulties and issues you may have.

Clients are always able to choose their own pace of progress, nothing is ever forced in anyway.  If you have experienced a trauma in the past there are techniques for dealing with this without your having to relive it.

Hypnotherapy using Hypnosis can be very effective in helping people to let go of past issues and overcome other addictions/phobias, also for confidencedepressionanxietyrelationship issues,

 weight.

Hypnohealing (a healing technique using imaging in Hypnosis) is a very gentle but effective way of targeting problems, both in the mind and in the body. Even longstanding physical and  emotional problems can be gently helped and cleared by using this technique.
